Angry again I decided to hurt him.

or

Angry again, I decided to hurt him.

Or either is the same/correct?

I'm a student.
I would like to think 'Angry again I decided to hurt him.' means 'I am angry again, so I decided to hurt him, this sentence has two parts.
So in my opinion, 'Angry again, I decided to hurt him.' may be true
