What's happened is equivalent to what has happened. What is happened does not exist.

What happened is heard far more commonly than what's happened at least in North America, where I live.

:) [STRIKE]i'v[/STRIKE] I have [STRIKE]that[/STRIKE] a question which has been on my mind for 2 days. [STRIKE]:) [/STRIKE]

What's happened? ('s)

[STRIKE]2)[/STRIKE] Which is more used [STRIKE]at[/STRIKE] in conversation - "What's happened?" or "What happened?"

Can you tell me? [STRIKE]:) [/STRIKE]

Thanks in advance.

Both "What's happened?" (contraction of "What has happened?") and "What happened?" are fine, depending on context.
Remember to start every sentence with a capital letter and to end every sentence with a single punctuation mark.
