i read a sentence like this:
Opportunities are that it is a fast growing market with popularity increasing.

can i understand this sentence as this:
Opportunities are fast growing market with popularity increasing.

what is the difference between the two expressions?

Neither seems entirely correct to me. I would say 'The opportunities are that it is...with increasing popularity' or 'The opportunities are a fast...'
