Dear Teacher,

Is there anything wrong with above sentence I quote? Outbreaks were referred to the outbreaks of epidemic illness. Sorry, no more other context. Someone pointed out it is chinglish. That's it.

Anglika, thanks for your reply. :)A Chinese forumite, whose English is close to native English speakers' commented that the English of the sentence is laughable. But he didn't point out why. :roll:
