Hi there!

I had just renewed my passport. The officer told it would be ready in 6 commercial days. I want to create a reminder in my cellphone so not to forget to... pick it up, claim it, retrieve it... so many optinons that I wonder which one is appropriate. Any suggetions?

I'd use "pick up" or "collect" if you have to go to the office yourself to get it.
