I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

When Peter moved from his village to a city, he was like a ship lost in the woods. He was dizzy from constant traffic, noise and crowds of passersby, who moved along the streets like an incessant stream.

That's possible but consider "the city" or, e.g., "a large city". That makes it sound more natural.

he was like a ship lost in the woods.

Do you mean "a ship lost at sea" instead? Try also "a fish out of water."

He was dizzy from the constant traffic, the noise and crowds of passersby, who moved along the streets like an incessant stream.

I noticed I had again made a mistake,
It should have been "sheep", Does "he was like a sheep lost in the woods" sound natural?
I could have used "a fish out of water" but it has been used so many times, so I tried to use "sheep lost in the woods", but maybe that phrase does not sound natural.
