That's the wrong way round. We use "have had".

I have a good time.
I had a good time.
I have had a good time.
I had had a good time.

Present tense - I have
Past simple - I had
Present perfect - I have had
Past perfect - I had had

I have had a great holiday (the holiday has just finished and you are talking about it right at the end).

I have had this job for 10 years (you have been working in the same job for 10 years and you still work there).
