"Whether it's" got me in trouble with whole sentence. Could anyone please help me to figure out the meaning this sentence conveys?


Whether it’s that the app isn’t ready, the bugs are not all worked out, one person doesn’t like the product, the script needs more work, blah, blah, blah .

The sentence lacks a main verb. It must follow a sentence that discusses reasons for a delay. Although you'll see sentences like this in print, you should not write them while you're still learning English.

"Whether it's" (where "it's" is a contraction of it is) refers back to the previous sentence. Suppose it said "Your contractor may offer one of a multitude of excuses." In that case, "whether it's" means "the excuse".
