Can you tell me if this sentence is grammatically correct, please? :

We use the Present Perfect to talk about an action which started in the past and which is still true/present today.

Yes, you can include a second 'which' if you think it's necessary.

But the 2nd 'which' isn't necessary, so whilst it's grammatically correct I would drop this 'which' because it serves no purpose
