Teacher,

When you say you're not comfortable with the cold/hot weather, which would be grammatically correct?

I don't like cold/hot weather.
or
I don't like the cold/hot weather.

The first one is probably best, it talks about weather in general, but it's possible to say "I don't like the weather" when talking about a specific place or time.
