It is only 15 minutes by car and 40 minutes on foot to get to my work, which makes my commuting more comfortable, (more) pleasant and easier.

Is the position of "easier" correct here or I need to relocate it like the following?
...easier, more comfortable and (more) pleasant.

I'd say "... which makes my commute more comfortable".
