Both phrases are correct. Please note spelling correction of 'stock'.

'The following stock items from the attic have been relocated to new premises as requested.'
'The following storage items from the attic have been relocated to new premises as requested.'

However, in the context of the sentence, I believe 'storage items' is the desired choice. I say this because an 'attic' is a room that is traditionally used for storing items that are not being used. The term 'stock items' usually refers to inventory that is currently available. It is unlikely, although it certainly is possible, that 'stock items' would be kept in the 'attic' of a place of business. Stock items are usually located in a 'warehouse', 'back room', or 'upstairs'.
