As for the joinery work, they need 30 working days for completing this work which begin from the date of confirmation. / As for the joinery work, they need 30 working days to complete the work upon order confirmation.

Is the below sentence correct?

There are some parts might not be reusable as it was very old and fragile condition, and some of them were found to be damaged condition upon dismantling.
