It is correct.

Your version "Because of the process of time' is grammatically correct but not good here.

Another better way is "Because of the PASSING of time"

I have a few problems with this sentence.

1) You can't really say "Every beautiful thing sometimes........" in this context. Things only "fade away" once (in the example you have given) so either everything fades away which would suggest "always" or only some things do, suggesting "sometimes".

2) I don't know what you mean by "fade away accidentally". Fading away is a gradual process, accidents are usually more sudden and happen fast.

I would suggest:

Beauty fades away naturally with the passing of time.

This is a general truth! :-D
