who can teach rp English?

I'm an American, so I know little about RP. We have a couple of Brits here who can probably help you.

RP is supposed to be British English without a regional accent:

I'm not sure by what you mean about who can teach it. Most pronunciation books, like the Headway ones, etc, use it. ;-)
