Is the below sentence grammatically correct?

Client requested all subcontractors to conduct an external audit whose contract is more than 6 months.

Some contractors have less than 6 months. If they didn't complete within 6 months, they should also conduct audit.

Wrong answer. The audit does not have a contract. The subcontractors have contracts. Your sentence misplaces the modifier.

The client requested that all subcontractors whose contracts are 6 months or longer conduct an external audit.
