why no one relies to my questions?

dear teacher.this is the umpteenth time Im asking this question but Ive recieved no answer.Ive no chance of speaking my words.no class,no chatting online,or no English speaker to talk to.what do you think I should do to manipulate my knowledge and get my words into use while Ive no chance of speaking them?
