Why this message?

If I don't have a biased viewpoint, it is the Chinese regime that has deliberately made Internet traffic to websites outside of China more difficult. It usually takes me about five minutes to log on cnn.com and this site, two minutes.

Why this message?

This also happens to me very often since the site redesign a few months ago. Before that, I never had this problem.
This thread really belongs on the Support forum, though.
