Are all these versions correct and which would be best for a sign at an entry door?

1 This Irish pub is for European, Australian and Filipino guests only. Other foreigners will not be served.
2 This Irish pub is only accessible for European, Australian and Filipino guests. Other foreigners will get no service.
3 Entry to this Irish pub is strictly allowed for European, Australian and Filipino guests. No service to other foreigners will be granted.

I would strongly advise you that none of those options are appropriate for a pub sign.

In which country is this pub? And how can it justify such blatant discrimination?
