Will and would are both modal verbs used to express future action/event.
'Will' is generally used when you want to indicate that something is certain, as;
We will visit Singapore again next year'. (pretty certain)
Other uses of 'will' are;
I can’t see any taxis so I’ll walk. (instant decision)
I'll do that for you if you like. (An offer)
I’ll get back to you first thing on Monday.(A promise)

“Would” is used to express something hypothetical and indicative of possibility/probability, as:
I would visit India if I had the money. (hypothetical, imaginary)
Other uses of 'would' are;
Would you mind if I brought a colleague with me? (Asking for a permission)
Would you prefer tea or coffee?"- I’d like tea please..(A preference)
Would you mind waiting a moment? (A request)
