Teachers, Which word is right "would" or "will" in the sentence? In my opinion, I think both of them are right, for that these two wors can be used to talk about future. Do you agree?

No. With I wish, only "would" works. You can say I hope everyone will be happier and healthier.

The sentence expresses a hope, so it requires the subjunctive mood. That means you should use "would".
