Hi,

could you please tell me which answer is correct?

I wish my brother wouldn't keep interrupting me when I'm working, but.....

He does
He will
both

thanks.

... but he does.

I'm not sure about "he will"; I wouldn't use it.

Not a teacher.

I thought the same but there is a sentence in the grammar section of my book which says like this.

I wish you would help with the housework. (You won't/ don't help)

You can't infer one from the other, because the ending can change with the context.

I wish he wouldn't drink so much [alcohol], but he does.
I wish he wouldn't drink so much [at next week's party], but he will. [I know that from experience.]

I wish he would help with the housework, but he doesn't. [You haven't asked him to.]
I wish he would help with the housework, but he won't. [You have asked him to, and he refuses.]

you mean the answer of the first one also depends on the context?
