Hello

I ask myself about this expression with regard .

'With regard to intercompanies balances for the companies that are 50% owned and therefore consolidated using the proportional method, the full amount of payables /receivables must be entered ....'

How do you understand this sentence beginning with regard ?

Thanks

The full amount of payables /receivables must be entered for intercompanies balances for the companies that are 50% owned and therefore consolidated using the proportional method.
