Are these sentences correct:
1-I went there with my left arm broken.
2-I went there with an arm broken.

The first one is passable. The second one is, I think, not a good sentence. (In the second sentence, an arm broken would seem to be a noun phrase.)

A broken arm would be more nnatural, but it is possible. ;-)
