i'm from guatemala, and I would like to know if in business letters the names of departments, like Humans Resources Department or Accounting Department, are written in capital letters or normal?

please help me, tomorrow i have an exam and i am not sure about it.

if it is a specific name of a department then the first letter of each word should be in caps.

Examples:

Mr. John Smith
Human Resources Department
XYZ Corporation
Any town, Any state


Mrs. Connie Jones
Accounting Department
DEF Corporation
Another town, Another State
