Hello,
I heard that on a TV show (The Simpsons) some minutes ago :
I wanna live, Marge!
Won't you let me live?
Won't you, please?

Wouldn't be it better to replace the 3rd sentence by this one:
Will you, please?

And could it be possible that there are 4 sentences, not 3?
I wanna live, Marge!
Won't you let me live?
Won't you?
Please!
:?:

It's possible, but there is no need to separate the third sentence into two parts.
