Hello, I am a little confused on something and if you could help I'd be really grateful.

I have had this question for a while but....

Do you get a word that can describe an adjective?
Eg.
-The Window is visibly transparent.
-The Window is taintly transparent.

I don't know if these are grammatically correct, after all I'm on 13 but what do you think about this? :!:

Welcome to the forum. We use adverbs to modify adjectives. These adverbs can affect qualities of the adjective. I would not use either of your example constructions, but the words you have chosen are adverbs. That is a tough one, because windows are normally transparent.

One could say the window was "mildly transparent", "somewhat transparent", etc.

Both adverbs and other other adjectives can modify adjectives.

Eg.
-The Window is visibly transparent.
-The Window is taintly transparent.

I wouldn't use either of those constructions. If something is visibly transparent that means you can tell it is transparent. If something is faintly transparent that means you can barely tell it is transparent.
