work is a mass noun so no s is correct but i saw the following

which one is correct?

The noun word is countable and uncountable. It depends on the context:

e.g. All your works will be repaid.
Your work /Your entire work will be repaid.
I am not sure if all can be used with the uncountable work, but I think it works.:)
