Can I say:

This is the sizzling soup worthy of the name.

Or what is the best way to say it after I present the soup
which has sizzling sound in front of my guests?

Can a soup sizzle?
Must be a thick one, with fish that you fried in a pan or something then?
I'm not answering your question, I'm just getting curious :p

I am also curious about "sizzling soup". However, provided this soup can sizzle, I would say.

This dish is worthy of the name sizzling soup.

Hi, Mike:
I really appreciate your help.
"Sizzling soup" is a kind of chinese soup that they put some
hot crispy rice on its surface to make the sizzling
sound.

The reason why I wonder how to say it is if the rice is not
hot enough, there isn't any sound.

Can I say:

This is the sizzling soup in reality as well as in name.

Yours would be better as "This is sizzling soup in reality as well as in name."
