In everyday English, which one is the most commonly spoken?

If I had had money,

a) I would have gone out
b) I'd have gone out
c) I would've gone out

In spoken BrE, I'd say it's a tie between b) and c). b) might win the race by a whisker! I'd reserve a) for written English.

C or more commonly, "I woulda", are usual in spoken American English.

When we use A in spoken AmE, we say "If I'd had money, I'da gone out with her." When we want to add emphasis to the first clause we say "If I had had money...."
