"Would" or "will"

Hi there, I am having a hard time deciding "will" or "would": Which one I should use in the contexts?

1- "I would/will definitely love to move into a decent place."

2- "I would/will definitely like to visit Paris next year."

I always use would with these words. But the problem is with the word "definitely". Should I use "would" or "will" definitely? And one more questions, Could someone please suggest some more words that can mostly be used with "would"?

There's no problem with using "would" in the above. "Would like" and "would love" work perfectly well with such adverbs as "definitely".

Please try not to use "isn't it" as an all-purpose tag question.

Those can work in the right context. For example,

That's a great idea. The CEO will definitely love it.
You can certainly bring your dogs along. Our kids will definitely love them.

Note that "would definitely like to" and the stronger "would definitely love to" are about expressing a strong wish (or wishes). That's not the case with "will definitely like" and "will definitely love" as you can see from the example sentences here.

Note also that the "would" in "would definitely like" and "would definitely love" can be tentative, as in:
I would definitely like my next-door neighbours more if they played quieter music.
She would definitely love you if you bought her nice gifts.

They don't seem as natural as "would" there, but context would definitely be helpful.

Should I use "would" or "will" definitely?

They can both be used definitely. When people say that they would retire if they won the lottery, they mean it definitely, despite there being a very small chance of it happening.
