Is the following sentence grammatically correct?

Would you believe that I have met the president?

And one more thing if the person answers saying "I wouldn't believe that you have met the president", will it be a natural response? Or should the person say "I will not ....."

The question is correct and the natural response would be "I would not [believe it]."

In more casual speech, we wouldn't bother with "that" and we would contract "I have", leading to "Would you believe I've met the president?"
