Please, can anybody tell me what "You would!" means?

A: It has been a great day today. And we had the finest fish on dinner.
B: I hate fish. (B didn`t like that day at all, he was annoyed)
A: You would!

It means something along the lines of 'It doesn't surprise me that you feel this way'. We say it when someone is being awkward or choosy. ;-)

This use of "you would" is sarcastic. There is an intended disapproval of the action/opinion to which "you would" is directed. In this scenario it sounds as if B was in a bad mood and would have said he hated anything that A offered. So A responded with "you would".
