The best way is by practice.
Find some friends who want to learn English and send each other email. You correct their emails, they correct your email. Did you know you can get FREE Skype on your computer and TALK to them for FREE? Here in Thailand many computer shops have Skype on the public computers and you just need to pay for regular computer time.

Here also in the Philippines people use skype free, but I don't have time for it and don't know how to use it either.

As what oregeezer said, it only goes through practice. Why not try to write some and let teachers here in the forum see it and give you some tips.
I also read a book that reading could give you some ideas on how to write by yourself.
