I don't know if you believe in this, but what do you call a person who can write some special notes / codes / magic spells to help or harm another person? Maybe a spell writer?!

"A witch" if it's a woman or "a wizard" if it's a man probably.

If you believe in such things, only a "bad/black witch" would write spells which harm people. "Good/white witches" write spells or incantations to help people. Those involved in such things believe in the "Threefold Law" or "Rule of Three". That means that whatever effect the witch has on another person will come back on that witch multiplied threefold. You can see why it would therefore be a very bad idea to cast a harmful spell.

Sort of, yes. But the Threefold Law means "What goes around comes around, and when it comes around it will be three times better/worse than the original".
