I am a software developer and a I am designing a table in a database. I asked one senior guy a question but I don't understand it.
Please help me to clarify the answer.
Code:
Me:When I design the table, is BatchNumber nullable or not? I guess it is nullable.
He says: Doesn't have to be...not really a use case for having a person id in that table without a batch number
I want to know it is nullable or not. I need the direct answer.

thanks.
