Which of these can be used if you want to express that two people could have a very good relationship?
Are there better alternatives than the ones I'm suggesting?

1 You and me, we could fit together very well.
2 You and me, we could match up very well.
3 You and me, we could team up very well.
4 You and me, we could be good partners.
5 You and me, we could complete each other (or "each other's lives") very well.

This question makes me think of the classic film Rocky, in which the eponymous hero talks to his friend Paulie about his blossoming relationship with Adrien:

"We fill gaps...She's got gaps, I got gaps, together we fill gaps."

(I'm not really suggesting you talk like Rocky, though.)

In each of your originals, it should be "You and I".

However, you will hear many native speakers use me there. None of the sentences would work well for me for a romantic relationship, but they would be OK for a business one.
