'were', A, because the thing that was to be done was on a day and at a time which is finished. Note also the periphrastic modal perfect, 'have done'.

It's kinda like 'should have done it yesterday'.

2..."You were supposed to have done it yesterday." = 'You were supposed to do it yesterday.' ( = 'You should have done it yesterday.')
