Is it "You should've asked her for her number for me" a well-constructed sentence?

That's fine! Cross-posting is a regular occurrence.

The only thing I would say about removing the first "her" is that it leaves open the possibility that the speaker thinks the listener should/could have asked someone else for "her" number (one of her friends, perhaps).
