Are these correct? What do they mean?

1. What are you doing now
2. What you doing now? (Is this incorrect? I hear people say this sometimes.)

1. is OK; 2. is not Standard English, which isn't to say that it's not OK in some other dialect of English.

Whachoo doing now?

Could be utterd from kids, or adults in a funny tone. :D

Actually, it's widely used in all situations:

what you => whatyu => whachu (Pronunciation: coalesence)
