[Idiom] Is it common use?

First of all, sorry for my basic english.

I see on Urban Dictionary that the words 'wobbing' and 'wobber' have some sexual connotations.

But, on the other side, I also see that these words are used sometimes without this eschatological meaning - e.g. in www . wobsite . be

The cuestion is, would it be considered offensive the use of these words, or can I use them without offending anyone, for example, as a brand-name? Are they common use?

I have never heard or seen the words you mention, so they are not common, in BrE at least.
 
I never heard the word either (American English), and none of the UrbanDictionary definitions seems credible - most entries have more "down" votes than "up".

In my personal subjective opinion, however, it wouldn't sound too appealing as a brand name, unless the product is audio equipment-related, perhaps.
