Text analyzer

I need to know the total number of words and unique words in text of more than 100,000 words but it is too much for our tool here. How can I do it?

Have you tried wordle.com? I don't know if it could handle your text-size, and its results wouldn't give you numbers anyway, but the resulting font sizes would give you an idea of word-frequencies; and they would let you 'stitch together' some partial results if you put fractional samples through the UE analyser. (This is what my old code-writing colleagues would have called 'a bit smelly', but it could give you something to go on.)
