How to write a letter to hospital?

I recently get familiar with the job Medical Transcription and did lots of researches in the internet but I could not find any proper material to introduce it.
Can you please tell me how to write a letter to a hospital to tell me about Medical Transcription and send me pamphlets and brochures. And tell the advantages and everything of this major.
