Click to expand... I would tell my students that who is always acceptable except in the most formal written forms of British English. If a student were likely to be moving in exalted circles, I would explain that whom is the object form.

What has your title got to do with anything? Please read the Posting Guidelines, one of which states 'Thread titles should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.'
