In our present hustle-bustle world, people seem to live in a fast pace and think much of how to make more money or accomplish their tasks. So their life is prone to be very stressful.In this essay,I suggest some ways to prevent stress. Those are to enjoy life,take care of ourself and do what really interest us.
For one thing, stress is sometimes caused by your attitude towards the life. You always take everything seriously , make them more important while there is nothing to worry so much about it. Moreover, thinking much of how to accomplish work best makes you nervous. Thus you have no time to think about others or enjoy yourself. Stress is inevitable. Therefore you can enjoy life by taking vacations to rural areas or to the beach. Fresh air, green trees and picturesque landscape will release your stress. Also , blue ocean or soft golden sand and the beach full of sunlight makes you more relaxed. Then you have a chance to think of yourself and you may come up with some creative ideas in these moments.
For another thing,you should take care of yourself. After a hard working day,you can unwind yourself by having a warm bath, listening to some pieces of music you like or watching TV programmes that intereste you the most. Then you’ll find that stress almosts gets out of your mind. Actually, if you don’t care about youself, stress can be seemingly endless and life goes by boringly and tiringly.
Furthermore, you can take part in some social clubs, meeting people and making friends that you like. Also, you can go out with your close friends to have some fun at places for entertainment or go shopping together . Or else, you can chat with your friends through internet,telephones . Also,you may buy some funny pictures and hang it on the wall. So whenever you get angry, look at it and laugh out loud as well as smile to everybody everyday to keep your spirit high. Even you can also cry aloud on your own in quiet places. The stress must get out of your mind.
