I need an english idiom which means "unexpected". Normally you expect high potential with high risk but in this concept high potential comes with low risk? Which idioms can I use for this meaning? If it refers to financial terms it's going to be super!

That sounds counter-intuitive to me, though that's not an idiom.

 I remember a TV programme when North Sea Oil was discovered, which considered different ways of Spending the Windfall. That sounds like the right sort of context - financial/investment
Sounds like a con to me.

 If a proposition looks too good to be true, it probably is.

To answer the query in the subject line, 'you could have knocked me down with a feather', but I don't see what that has to do with the OP.

out of the blue = unexpected

Bingo. Why couldn't I think of that?

I don't associate "out of the blue" with finance. I suppose you might get a huge inheritance out of the blue but I wouldn't associate with a business venture which has high potential with low risk.

you can ask meaning of idioms, but to crate an idiom for given situation is sometime tough.

Aruh Jackie - I agree with the sentiment. You are a native English speaker, so please make sure that your posts contain correct English, capitalisation etc.
