What could be the reason for my giving this thread the title, subjunct diagramming? Concentrate on the adverbs and their functions. ;-)
 
She kindly offered me her seat. = she was kind enough to
She offered me her seat kindly. = offered in a kind manner
 
I would diagram them the same.
Now, if it said, "Kind she offered me her seat ", or "She, being kind, offered me her seat", I would change the word modified.

I would only accept the second diagram as correct (if I were judging a competitive sentence diagramming round), and I would prefer it if the indirect object came after the adverb since that is the order within the sentence.
