What is the sentence trying to say? None of those choices make sense to me.

Unless it is a test, delete "For" in the previous sentence. (Is it a test?)

why is done wrong? cant we say do an operation?

sorry, what do you mean by(test)?
these sentences are from my students inside the class.they ask me a lot ,but these ones are puzzling
grammar questions

"How long have you had this mobile?"

"Being done" is better, "done" could indicate that the operation is finished..

I have already told you my opinion. Of the two I would use "being done", if you prefer "done" then use that.
