1. The partners in partnerships must make ____ (decision/decisions) about how much time and capital each will contribute.

2. Partners share ____ (responsibility/respondsibilities) for management and liability.
 
1. The partners in partnerships must make _decisions___ about how much time and capital each will contribute.
Because there is no 'a' before the blank, you have to choose "decisions".

2. Partners share __responsibility__ for management and liability.
In a sentence like this, the noncountable one is better.
