The literary device called "anastrophe" allows for unusual word order. Poetry uses it a lot. Also, there is the use of "there" as an expletive.
 
:up: Anastrophe is chiefly found poetry, but it's had a new lease of life in fantasy video games. Students should be aware of how unusual it is, and how open to confusion/misinterpretation. It is not a good idea to use it for general purposes.

I agree, but anastrophe certainly does enrich poetry! It one of the ways to make a sentence more memorable.
